Faculty Learning Community: Diversity
Being aware that there is a need in engaging more with diversity issues, I joined the 2015 - 2016 UC Blue Ash Faculty Learning Community: Diversity. As part of this experience, I will be developing a blog, where I will explore and share personal stories related to my journey and experiences in dealing with diversity. The point of departure will be the assesssment results from the Intercultural Development Instrument (I.D.I.). This training tool provides a plan to develop and take advantage of the role of diversity. To find out more, follow my blog and join in the conversation.
